We did the 2k swim on the Saturday of the Wild Swim festival and joined the old Harry guided swim at short notice on the Sunday. Both experiences were absolutely amazing. I've only recently taken to swimming and the way it was organised and run provided me with huge confidence in achieving something that 2 years ago I would have considered unachievable. Most of all we had great fun even in the rain on Saturday evening. We'll definitely be back and aiming for the 4k swim next year.

A special shout out to Daniel who offered me support and encouragement when I was plagued with cramp. He stayed with me and I made it to the end, without him I would have had to leave the water. My first swim event, a high bar has been set.

Fabulous weekend, extremely well organised. Felt very safe out in the water during the 4k swim and also on the trip to Old Harry rocks. Such a shame the weather stopped the music, but it didn’t stop us from dancing ☔️💃
